As a yoga and meditation teacher, I am dedicated to helping women silence their inner critic, challenge their limited belief systems, and step into a place of empowerment and self-love. Through my retreats and workshops, I create a safe and supportive space for women to explore their inner selves, connect with others, and discover their true potential.
My women's retreats offer a transformative experience for those seeking healing and self-discovery. As someone who has experienced profound loss resulting in anxiety and depression, I became a student of yoga and meditation. Through self-love and self-compassion practices, I learned to challenge negative thought patterns and emotions and noticed a profound shift in my life. I now strive to create safe and supported supportive environments for women to embark on their own healing and self-help journey.
