Join us for a full day retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you and step back into personal empowerment. Experience the transformative power of a combination of modalities including a heart based yoga and meditation practices, experience a powerful breathwork session, contrast therapy (cold plunging and sauna) to soothe the nervous system and more.
This is an invitation to go deep and connect with your highest self and with like minded women in a safe, supportive environment.

The Empowerment Retreat Experience

The Empowerment Retreat consists of powerful modalities used and taught by both Melissa + Liz that can help to facilitate deep release of old emotions, experiences and stories held in our bodies. These include meditation, powerful breathwork session, and slow flow yoga.​​
Meditation: Guided meditations are an excellent tool for beginners, and seasoned meditators alike as they provide a focal point and gentle instruction to help you connect and let go of self-judgment.

Breathwork: Breathwork is a somatic practice that has long been considered one of the most powerful healing modalities. Breathwork allows the body to return to the rest-relax-digest-repair (Parasympathetic/PNS) state and create the conditions for mental, physical (and spiritual) healing and emotional release.

Slow Flow Yoga: Connecting the mind + the body through gentle, mindful movement and breathing techniques. Yoga can foster inner peace, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with your spiritual self.

Cold + hot contrast therapy (cold plunge + wood burning sauna experience)
